Terms of use
Last updated: 24 June 2026
Important notice: Profit AI Skills provides vocational education in AI-assisted workflows and commercial delivery habits. We do not guarantee profit, revenue, or any specific financial outcome. This is training, not investment or financial advice.
1. Agreement
By using profitaiskills.one or enrolling in Orchard lab programmes, you agree to these Terms of Use. Profit AI Skills Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202905316K) delivers vocational profit skills training in Singapore.
2. Services
We provide structured programmes teaching AI toolkit design, client pipelines, offer framing, scope and rate setting, throughput habits, and capstone roadmaps. "Profit skills" refers to teachable commercial delivery capabilities — not promised financial results. We are not a placement agency, life coaching practice, or get-rich scheme operator.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
Completion acknowledgements reflect participation only. We do not guarantee profit, revenue, buyer wins, salary movement, or business growth. AI outputs may contain errors; you must verify all work before client delivery.
4. Enrolment and fees
Fees are quoted in SGD unless stated otherwise. Confirmed bookings honour the price at registration. Deposits and payment schedules are communicated at enrolment.
5. Cancellations
Full refund minus S$50 admin fee if cancelled fourteen or more days before start. Fifty percent refund between seven and thirteen days. No refund within seven days except documented medical emergencies. One cohort transfer permitted subject to availability. Insufficient enrolment may lead to cancellation with full refund or transfer offered.
6. Intellectual property
Lab materials are licensed for personal learning. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing without written permission is prohibited.
7. Acceptable conduct
Do not use our services for unlawful purposes, harassment, or promotion of get-rich-quick, MLM, crypto trading, or similar schemes in cohort forums.
8. AI tool compliance
Comply with third-party AI tool terms. Do not submit confidential employer or client data without authorisation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, liability for training services is limited to fees paid for the module giving rise to the claim. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
10. Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims from misuse of materials, unreviewed AI outputs delivered to clients, or breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
Singapore law applies. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
12. Website accuracy
Content is informational. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Confirm programme details at enrolment.
13. Third-party links
External links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party terms or privacy practices.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays from events beyond reasonable control including venue restrictions or infrastructure failure. Alternatives or refunds offered where feasible.
15. Recordings
Sessions may be recorded for participant review with notice. Marketing use of identifiable images requires separate consent.
16. Amendments
We may update these terms. Continued Website use after posting accepts changes for browsing. Enrolled participants receive notice of booking-affecting changes.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by Singapore law.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with enrolment confirmations and programme-specific materials issued at registration, constitute the entire agreement between you and Profit AI Skills Pte. Ltd. regarding Website use and standard Orchard lab programmes, superseding prior oral or written understandings except where a signed corporate contract explicitly states otherwise.
20. Participant responsibilities
You are responsible for your conduct in cohort sessions, compliance with AI tool vendor terms, verification of AI-assisted outputs before client delivery, and accurate representation of your skills to buyers. Misrepresentation of our training as guaranteed profit outcomes violates these Terms and may result in removal from programmes without refund.
21. Alumni community
Graduates may access optional alumni Q&A forums subject to separate community guidelines prohibiting get-rich-quick promotion, MLM recruitment, and unverified income claims. Forum access may be revoked for violations without affecting prior completion acknowledgements.

24. Programme descriptions
Programme outlines on profitaiskills.one are indicative summaries. Confirmed cohort schedules, facilitator assignments, and fee quotes are issued at enrolment. We reserve the right to substitute facilitators of equivalent qualification and adjust exercise scenarios while preserving learning objectives.
25. Equipment and materials
Participants supply their own laptops and AI tool subscriptions unless a corporate contract specifies otherwise. Printed lab materials are included in standard fees. Digital templates provided during programmes remain subject to the intellectual property licence in Section 6.
26. Accessibility
We aim to make profitaiskills.one reasonably accessible. 28. Language
These Terms are written in English. Translated summaries for convenience do not override the English version if any inconsistency arises.
29. Notices
Formal notices to Profit AI Skills Pte. Ltd. may be sent by email to [email protected] or by registered post to 391 Orchard Road #06-15, Ngee Ann City, Singapore 238872. Notices we send to the email address you provide at enrolment are deemed received on the next business day unless delivery failure is recorded.
30. Survival
Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination of your enrolment or cessation of Website use to the extent necessary to give them effect.
21. Recording and materials
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, participants may not audio or video record sessions without facilitator consent and peer notification. Course materials remain our intellectual property; personal notes and work you create during exercises remain yours subject to third-party tool terms governing AI outputs.
22. Feedback and disputes
If you believe a facilitator acted unprofessionally or a session did not match the published syllabus, contact [email protected] within fourteen days of the session date. We investigate in good faith and may offer a make-up module or partial credit where our records support remedial action. Disputes unresolved through direct dialogue may proceed to mediation before litigation where both parties agree.
