Services beyond open cohorts
Corporate workshops, private desk reviews, and registration support for teams and individuals pursuing structured profit skills at our Orchard lab.
Corporate profit skills workshops
We deliver scoped workshops for Singapore teams that need consistent AI-assisted delivery standards — not ad hoc tool demos. Engagements typically span two to five sessions at our Ngee Ann City studio or your office, aligned to internal L&D objectives. Content draws from our six programs but emphasises your buyer types, approval chains, and documentation requirements.
HR and team leads join discovery calls to define participant levels, confidentiality boundaries, and success criteria. We issue tax invoices to Singapore-registered companies. No revenue guarantees attach to any corporate package — outcomes depend on how teams apply lab habits after we leave.
Private desk reviews
Book one-to-one sessions with a facilitator to review your stack map, scope drafts, or capstone roadmap. Desk reviews suit practitioners between programs or graduates preparing buyer conversations. Sessions run sixty or ninety minutes at Orchard; you receive written notes summarising feedback and suggested revisions.
Cohort registration support
Our enrolment team helps you select an entry program, confirm schedule fit, and complete administrative steps before your first lab session. Registration support covers prerequisite questions, payment terms, and accessibility requests — not career placement or buyer introductions.
Toolkit audit sessions
A half-day diagnostic where facilitators evaluate your current assistant, copilot, and analyser setup against delivery goals. You leave with a prioritised remediation list — redundant tools to retire, missing verification steps to add, and template gaps to close before quoting new work.
Alumni lab access
Graduates of Program six may register for periodic alumni labs — facilitated practice blocks without full curriculum repetition. Alumni sessions focus on peer critique of live briefs you bring from your market, subject to confidentiality rules agreed at registration.
Bright studio environment
Our #06-15 Ngee Ann City space is configured for laptop cohorts: reliable Wi-Fi, printed exercise packs, and breakout zones for paired drills. Evening sessions benefit from Orchard MRT access for CBD and Somerset practitioners returning after client hours.
Request a service quote
Facilitators document agreed deliverables in a short scope note before corporate workshops or extended desk review packages begin. That note lists session count, participant limits, confidentiality expectations, and what happens if schedules shift because of public holidays or venue access changes at Ngee Ann City.

Contact usAll services are delivered from our Ngee Ann City studio unless a corporate contract specifies a hybrid format. Desk reviews and toolkit audits require advance booking; alumni lab seats are released quarterly to Program six graduates who completed within the prior eighteen months. We document service boundaries in writing before any paid engagement begins so expectations remain clear for both parties.
Service fees vary by format, duration, and customisation depth. Quotes are provided after a brief discovery conversation — we do not publish fixed rate cards because corporate scopes differ materially from individual desk reviews.
