Last updated: 24 June 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Profit AI Skills Pte. Ltd. ("Profit AI Skills", "we", "us", or "our"), UEN 202905316K, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data when you visit https://profitaiskills.one/ (the "Website"), submit enquiries, enrol in Orchard lab programmes, or participate in corporate profit skills training at Ngee Ann City. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA").

For privacy matters, email us with "Privacy enquiry" in the subject line. We acknowledge receipt within five business days where volume permits.
2. Scope
This policy covers personal data collected through the Website, email, telephone, in-person registration at our Orchard studio, skills lab sessions, desk reviews, and corporate workshops where we act as training provider. It does not govern third-party sites linked from our pages or AI tool vendors whose platforms you access under separate account terms during exercises.
Aggregated statistics that cannot identify individuals fall outside this policy. Where corporate clients supply participant lists under a separate agreement, their notice may describe primary collection; our processing as trainer remains governed here.
3. Personal data we collect
3.1 Information you provide
When you submit our contact form, register for a skills lab cohort, book a desk review, or correspond with us, we may collect identity and contact details including full name, email address, telephone number, company name, job title, and billing address where invoicing applies. Enquiry content includes your subject selection — profit course enquiry, skills lab registration, corporate profit training, or general inquiry — plus the message body and any programme preferences you describe.
Enrolment records capture which Orchard lab programme you attend, session dates, paired exercise participation, and facilitator notes relevant to capstone roadmap progress. Corporate engagements may include purchase order references, GST registration numbers, and authorised signatory names. We log PDPA consent checkbox selections with timestamp and the policy version displayed at the time of consent.
3.2 Automatic collection
Technical data may include IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and referral URLs. Essential cookies operate for site function. Analytics and marketing cookies activate only with banner consent stored for six months. See our Cookie Policy.
3.3 Lab and classroom context
During Orchard cohort sessions we may view materials you display for facilitation. Do not show client-confidential data without permission. Desk review submissions are retained per Section 8.
3.4 Sensitive data
We do not intentionally collect NRIC numbers, bank credentials, health records, or biometrics via the Website. Delete accidental submissions where practicable unless law requires retention.
4. Purposes of use and lawful bases
We collect and use personal data for the following purposes, relying on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligation as appropriate under the PDPA:
- Responding to enquiries about profit skills programmes, skills lab registration, and corporate profit training;
- Processing enrolment, invoicing, attendance administration, and completion acknowledgements;
- Delivering lab training, desk reviews, capstone feedback, and facilitation at our Orchard studio;
- Communicating schedule changes, policy updates, and programme materials;
- Improving curriculum, studio operations, and Website usability through aggregated analysis where consented;
- Complying with ACRA, IRAS, and other regulatory obligations;
- Protecting our rights, participants, and staff in dispute resolution or fraud prevention;
- Sending marketing communications about Orchard programmes where you have opted in or where permitted by law.
We do not use your personal data to provide life coaching, get-rich schemes, or licensed financial advice. Training content may discuss commercial structures in an educational context; that is not personalised financial planning.
5. Disclosure
We may share data with email hosts, payment processors, cloud providers, analytics vendors (when consented), classroom logistics partners, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. Corporate clients may receive attendance confirmation under contract. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Primary storage is in Singapore. Overseas processors must provide comparable protection via contractual safeguards or consent as PDPA requires.
7. Security
We apply access controls, HTTPS, staff guidance, and vendor review. No system is perfectly secure. Participants must protect their own devices and AI accounts during lab work.
8. Retention
- Enquiries: twenty-four months from last contact unless enrolment follows;
- Billing records: seven years for tax compliance;
- Attendance and lab records: enrolment period plus twenty-four months;
- Capstone roadmap copies: twelve months after completion unless dispute pending;
- Cookie consent logs: six months;
- Marketing opt-in: until withdrawal plus reasonable processing time.
9. Your PDPA rights
You may request access, correction, consent withdrawal, and disclosure history where applicable. Email [email protected] with identifying details. We respond within thirty days unless extension is needed. Unresolved matters may be referred to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
10. Minors
Programmes target working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under eighteen.
11. Marketing
Promotional emails require opt-in or lawful basis. Unsubscribe links appear in each message. Transactional enrolment notices continue regardless of marketing opt-out.
12. Automated decisions
We do not use automated profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects. Programme suggestions on the Website are general information only.
13. Breach notification
Notifiable breaches under PDPA are assessed promptly. PDPC and affected individuals are notified when required. Report concerns to [email protected] immediately.
14. Policy changes
Updates appear on this page with revised date. Material changes receive additional notice where practicable.
15. Corporate clients
When your employer enrols you in corporate profit training at our Orchard studio, we may receive personal data from your organisation under their instructions. Refer to your employer's privacy notice for primary collection purposes; our policy governs our processing as training provider. Attendance confirmations sent to corporate clients include only data necessary to verify participation.
16. Records of consent
We maintain records of cookie consent choices and contact form consent checkboxes including timestamp, channel, and policy version displayed at time of consent. These records are retained for six months after expiry or withdrawal plus applicable limitation periods for dispute resolution.
17. Data breach notification
If a notifiable data breach occurs under the PDPA, we assess impact promptly, notify the Personal Data Protection Commission where required, and inform affected individuals when the breach is likely to result in significant harm. Report suspected breaches to [email protected] without delay.
18. Withdrawal of consent
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Some data must be retained for legal compliance even after withdrawal — for example, tax records or evidence of completed Orchard lab attendance.
